After the week that was (plus bonus dental work!), we think it’s high time for something really mindless. Something so stupid, so ridiculous, so seriously unserious — we need the relief. Relief from another unending war? Relief from the gutting of civil and bodily rights? Relief from spending my entire paycheck filling up my gas tank? Relief from… well everything?

So thank goodness that SNL this week, hosted by the child-actor turned angst-ridden ballad princess Olivia Rodrigo, delivered just about the dumbest thing we’ve seen in a while (and that’s saying something). Behold… Edge of Destiny.

So, stay and tumble with this one. Take a deep breath, and remember, tomorrow is another day… unless you’re a character on Edge of Destiny. Keep fightin.
