No Kings: Vote Early Edition

While the Chair found himself away for the weekend (getting in some sun and some joy while he can!), Americans were out in full force at No Kings rallies across the country — this time laser focused on getting the vote out, and IN some drop boxes, despite the attempts of you-know-who to make that inaccessible to the masses. Sure, these marches have been going on for two years, and sure, this weekend’s wasn’t the biggest turnout, but from New York to San Francisco, from outside the gates of Mar-a-Lago to the Lincoln Memorial, and all across this nation, blue or red state be damned, people showed up.

We know Rachel will have a full run down for us on Monday night (and we thank her for her dedication to showing every instance of civil disobedience for the cause of democracy), but for now, let’s just take in the images from a day where yet again Americans said, NO KINGS, NOT EVER, NO WAY, NO HOW.

Keep up the good fight.
